Ingredientes

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C)
  2. Mix shredded coconut, sugar, and salt in a bowl
  3. Beat eggs until frothy
  4. Add vanilla extract to eggs
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients
  6. Form small mounds on a lined baking sheet
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
  1. Add eggs to bowl and mix 20 sec/speed 4
  2. Add sugar, mix 10 sec/speed 3
  3. Add coconut, vanilla, salt, mix 20 sec/speed 3
  4. Form mounds and bake as per traditional method

Dicas

  1. Use parchment paper to prevent sticking
  2. Let cool completely before removing from baking sheet
  3. Can be dipped in melted chocolate for extra flavor
  4. Store in an airtight container for up to a week
  5. For more golden color, brush with beaten egg white before baking
