Ingredientes

Método de Preparação

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Mix butter and sugar until creamy
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well
  4. Add vanilla extract
  5. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture
  7. Fold in shredded coconut
  8. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden
  1. Add butter and sugar to bowl, mix 30 sec/speed 4
  2. Add eggs and vanilla, mix 20 sec/speed 3
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, mix 30 sec/speed 3
  4. Add coconut, mix 20 sec/speed 2/reverse
  5. Shape cookies and bake as per traditional method

  1. Toast coconut slightly before using for enhanced flavor
  2. Chill dough for 30 minutes for better shaping
  3. Store in airtight container for up to 1 week
  4. Can be frozen for up to 3 months
