Ingredientes

  • 4 pieces (150g each) chicken breasts
  • 1 medium head, sliced heart cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves, minced garlic
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 sprigs thyme

Método de Preparação

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat
  3. Cook chicken 6-7 minutes each side until golden
  4. Remove chicken and set aside
  5. In the same pan, add butter and sauté cabbage
  6. Add garlic and thyme
  7. Cook until cabbage is tender
  8. Serve chicken over cabbage
  1. Place butterfly whisk in bowl
  2. Add cabbage, garlic, oil, butter, 5 min/120°C/speed 1
  3. Remove and set aside
  4. Without cleaning bowl, add oil
  5. Place chicken in Varoma
  6. Cook 15 min/Varoma/speed 1
  7. Combine and serve

Dicas

  1. Pound chicken to even thickness for better cooking
  2. Let chicken rest 5 minutes before cutting
  3. Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking cabbage
  4. Use chicken broth for extra flavor in cabbage
  5. Fresh thyme can be substituted with dried (1 teaspoon)
