Ingredientes

  • 2 pieces (200g each) chicken breast
  • 1 medium head, sliced heart cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves, minced garlic
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 sprigs thyme

Método de Preparação

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes each side
  4. Remove chicken and set aside
  5. In the same pan, add butter and garlic
  6. Add sliced cabbage and thyme
  7. Sauté until cabbage is tender
  8. Serve chicken over cabbage
  1. Place butterfly whisk in bowl
  2. Add cabbage, garlic, oil, salt and pepper
  3. Cook 12 min/120°C/speed 1
  4. Remove and keep warm
  5. Clean bowl and dry well
  6. Add oil and chicken
  7. Cook 7 min/120°C/reverse/speed soft
  8. Turn chicken and cook additional 7 min/120°C/reverse/speed soft

Dicas

  1. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness for better cooking
  2. Let chicken rest 5 minutes before slicing
  3. Don't overcook the cabbage to maintain some crunch
  4. Use chicken stock for extra flavor when cooking cabbage
  5. Add a splash of white wine for more depth
