Ingredientes

  • 4 pieces (150g each) salmon fillets
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 500g pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Método de Preparação

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper
  3. Pan-sear salmon in olive oil until golden
  4. Remove salmon and in same pan, sauté garlic in butter
  5. Add cream and simmer until thickened
  6. Break salmon into pieces
  7. Mix pasta with sauce and salmon
  8. Garnish with parsley and parmesan
  1. Add garlic to bowl: 5 sec/speed 5
  2. Add butter and oil: 2 min/120°C/speed 1
  3. Add cream: 7 min/100°C/speed 1
  4. Cook pasta in cooking basket: time as per package/100°C/speed 1
  5. Add salmon pieces and cook: 5 min/100°C/reverse/speed soft
  6. Mix all together: 30 sec/reverse/speed soft

Dicas

  1. Use fresh salmon for best results
  2. Don't overcook the salmon to keep it moist
  3. Reserve some pasta water to adjust sauce consistency
  4. Add white wine to the sauce for extra flavor
  5. Fresh dill can be used instead of parsley
