Ingredientes

  • 4 units, mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 unit egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • for frying vegetable oil

Método de Preparação

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl
  2. Mix flour, breadcrumbs, sugar, and cinnamon
  3. Add egg and vanilla to bananas
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients
  5. Heat oil in a pan
  6. Drop spoonfuls of mixture into hot oil
  7. Fry until golden brown on both sides
  8. Drain on paper towels
  1. Add bananas to bowl, 5 sec/speed 5
  2. Add remaining ingredients except oil, 20 sec/speed 4
  3. Scrape down sides
  4. Mix again 10 sec/speed 3
  5. Fry manually in hot oil

Dicas

  1. Use very ripe bananas for best flavor
  2. Don't overcrowd the pan when frying
  3. Serve warm with honey or maple syrup
  4. Can be sprinkled with powdered sugar
  5. Test oil temperature with a small amount of batter first
