Ingredientes

  • 4 pieces (150g each) salmon fillets
  • 400g fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 unit lemon
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Método de Preparação

  1. Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice
  2. Heat grill pan over medium-high heat
  3. Cook salmon 4-5 minutes each side
  4. In another pan, sauté minced garlic in olive oil
  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted
  6. Season spinach with salt and pepper
  7. Serve salmon over bed of spinach
  1. Place Varoma dish and tray in position
  2. Add 500ml water to bowl
  3. Place salmon in Varoma dish
  4. Cook 15 min/Varoma/speed 1
  5. Remove salmon and keep warm
  6. Empty bowl and dry
  7. Add garlic and oil: 3 sec/speed 7
  8. Add spinach: 3 min/100°/speed 1

Dicas

  1. Don't overcook the salmon to keep it moist
  2. Pat dry salmon before cooking for better searing
  3. Add pine nuts to spinach for extra texture
  4. Squeeze fresh lemon just before serving
  5. You can substitute olive oil with butter for richer flavor
