Ingredientes

  • 4 pieces (600g) chicken breast
  • 400g fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 unit lemon

Método de Preparação

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat
  3. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes each side until golden
  4. Remove chicken and set aside
  5. In the same pan, sauté minced garlic
  6. Add spinach and cook until wilted
  7. Return chicken to pan and squeeze lemon juice
  8. Serve hot
  1. Place garlic in bowl, chop 5 sec/speed 7
  2. Add oil, sauté 2 min/120°C/speed 1
  3. Insert butterfly whisk, add chicken, cook 15 min/120°C/reverse/speed soft
  4. Remove chicken and butterfly
  5. Add spinach, cook 3 min/100°C/reverse/speed soft
  6. Combine with chicken and serve

Dicas

  1. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness for better cooking
  2. Don't overcook spinach to maintain nutrients
  3. Add pine nuts for extra crunch
  4. Can be served with rice or quinoa
  5. Marinate chicken beforehand for extra flavor
