1 whole chicken (cut into pieces)
200g roasted chestnuts (peeled)
2 onions (chopped)
4 garlic cloves
4 cups chicken broth
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp thyme

Remove chicken and sauté onions and garlic
Add rice and stir for 2 minutes

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving

Add chicken pieces: 10 min/120°C/reverse/speed soft
Add rice, broth, chestnuts: 25 min/100°C/reverse/speed soft
Rest for 5 minutes before serving
